I retired and submitted for new CGHS card on 3rd of April 2017 along with relevant documents and relevant D.D. for verification. When I ask for computerised temporary index card for urgent treatment if necessary, the authorities cleared it is not possible until 4 weeks from the date of submission of documents. If such unreasonable time is fixed what about urgent care of a pensioner after submitting full fledged documents. Why CGHS take such long duration for issuing index card. This matter is very unjustified .I request to expedite in this regards. My name is Y.Nageswara Rao,retired from A.G.office and submitted application vide receipt no.T 947545 dated 3.04.2017

      Sir,

I am a CGHS Beneficiary, working as Deputy Director General, DGFASLI, Ministry of Labour and Employment, CLI campus, Sion, Mumbai-400022. As recommended by CGHS dental specialist, I approached to CGHS empanelled hospital M/s. Surana Sathia hospital, Mumbai for dental treatment. The specialist dental doctor replaced my 4 teeth with ceramic crown in two different places, being front and visible teeth metal crown is not recommended. They charged Rs. 4000/- each tooth. I have submitted the bill in my office on 23.6.2017. The ceramic crown rate is not available in the CGHS rate list. My office sent the bill for full claim reimbursement to the PAO for clearance on 8.1.2018. The PAO returned the bill on 6.2.2018 with a comment to restrict the bill as per the CGHS rate list. Now my office under confusion how to restrict the bill, when it is not available in rate list. It was said, Verbally PAO official is suggested to restrict the bill for lowest rate of metal crown Rs. 1200/- per tooth instead of Rs. 4000/- tooth. It will become huge loss of Rs. 11,200/- for 4 teeth, to a CGHS beneficiary after following all formalities as per the government procedures. Kindly look in to the matter and do needful to prevent the loss to the CGHS beneficiaries without any fault of them.

since 23.3.2018 I am waiting for reply, Kindly send your reply to settle the bills at the earliest.

Am a cghs benficiar, as my 2yrs old daughter suffered due to viral fever & that day it was a public holiday. I can’t take prior permission from cghs wellness centre as it was closed. i done all blood tests on advise of doctor with cghs card rates in cghs empanelled diagnostic centre. When i submitted the bills in my office, they simply rejected as it doesn’t had a permission from cghs wellness centre. The dengue test is costlier, how can an average govt employee bear the full bills. I don’t know how CGHS made such rules. Even hospitals in hyderabad are very commercial as they always worried about money only. Whats the use of having CGHS card. CGHS administration head people should think of this.

    HYDERABAD 600032.
ever since I can down to gachibowli Hyd.500032 I have been taking treatment at kakatya nagarcghs wellnescetre from jan. 2020.
my beneficiary i.d 1517701 RE GISTERED AT K.K.NAGAR CENTER CHENNAI 78
MY GRIEVANCE IS THAT. WHILE THE MEDICAL OFFICERS ARE VERY COUTEOUS THE STAFF AT THE PHAMACY REQUIRE TO LEARN COURTESY.
center DURING THE LAST VISIT 0N 26TH JUNE TO HAVE COSULTATIONS AND TO SUBMIT MY MEDICAL BILL CLAIMS .
I WAS TOLD TO SNED UBMIT THE BILLS AT K.K.KNAGAR CENTER CHENNAI 78.
I HAVE COME DOWN TO GACHIBOELI TEMPORARILY TO BE WITH MY DAUGHTER .
I AM A CHRONIC DIABETIC AND HYPER TENSION PATIENT AGED 77 YEARS THE CLERK CONCERNED TOLD ME
THAT I SHOULD SUBMIT MRC.thro’only parent office at Chennai
it looks strange to ask aged pensioner who is taking at kkkakatiya center Hydrabad to route/submit bills through Chennai center while I am consulting at Hyderabad center.
I was directed to consult neur osurgeons in one of the empanelled h0spitals.
accordingly I had my consultations done at care hospital near cyber police commission rate office at gachibowli Hyderabad 32.
I wanted to submit the MRC bills thro’ Kakatiyanagar but the staff concerned curtly refused on the. pretext that the bills should be thro, parent office at Chennai.
while I taking treatment at Hyderabad why need to submit the bills thro Chennai parent office I fondly ask.
another matter I wish to point out the pharmacy sltaff at kakatia center Hyd. insist on Xerox copy of the I.D Card
also the original prescription issued by the medical officer at Chennai on each visit which I am complying with.
being an old man to get Xerox copy adds pressure and pains I now request you to kindly sue instructions to the staff concerned to straight away give medicines prescribed by the medical officer .
I now wait for your reply immediate reply as the time bill submission date is elapsing
the very object of issuing permanent i.d. card that the beneficiary should be allowed to have the facilities as is the case available in parent office and bill adjustment could be settled/adjusted through mutual correspondences via e mail

sir, it is unfortunate that while living in a non cghs facility city we the pensioners have to arrange mediciones through our relatives etc say from metropolis cities like hydbd while i am a chronic diabetic patient they dont oblige by giving medicine for 2 months . besides say for Glimisave Mv 2 they have given as many as three medicines separately (being consitutuents of glimisave mv2) as i have to further take ligaplitin etc and thyroxin besides vitamin and anti acid i am thus forced to take so many medicines separately due to apathy of cghs hyderabad etc. pl let them understand that presently v have to make enough efforts for transport, despatch etc of medicines . while some of medicines are still to be indented , there being sufficient time for ultimate delivery of such medicines , the doctors could at least give a single medicine viz glimisave mv2 as i have besides so many medicines. besides let be 2 months for despatch as well as avaialbility at remote area. regards

I am newly transferred to Hyderabad, after usual formalities I have been issued new CGHS card, however, CGHS authorities have given Dilsukhnagar but I have choosen Alwal as my W/C which is near to my residence.

After, consulting the Begumpet desk, they are saying to apply through transfer.

I have not understood, there is no fault of mine, why should I suffer.
