With regards it’s brought to the notice of the concerned Administration that in Wellness Centre 1 of Guwahati, Hengerabari in normal course only 2 Doctor remains available pulling long queue for the patients to wait which becomes painful for the patients mainly Sr Citizens like me at the age of more than 71 yrs. The 2nd most painful problems being faced by all the patients is repeated indent which runs upto 2 to 3 reindent for the same indented Medicines. It not only a harassment to the patients but equally monetary expenses for repeated visits to the Wellness Centre which almost impossible for the Sr Citizens. So far Drs. and staffs are concerned there is no doubt on their sincerity and cooperation but for the shortage of Drs . In such a situation I urge upon appropriate authorities to look into these problems and sympathetically consider to eleviate the problems faced . With fond regards.

I am M.Jayaraman aged 76 yrs..residing in Bangalore…If.In case of emergency can I directly go to any one of the hospitals approved by CGHS…? When I made enqueries with one CGHS doctor he said it is better to take a reference from CGHS wellness center…What kind of logic is this ..If the emergency arises after 4 pm beyond the normal working hours what am I supposed to do ? Wait till 7.30 am next day…Is there no one with common sense in Directorate of Health / CGHS ?
